APSA’s Special Interest Group for Field Crops would like to invite all APSA members to attend a special  “Field Crops Study Tour in Hyderabad, India”. Organized by APSA SIG Field Crops Committee in partnership with National Seed Association of India (NSAI) & Federation of Seed Industry of India (FSII), the Study Tour will be held from November 10 - 13, 2025.

Join us for an exclusive opportunity to explore India’s dynamic field crops sector through the APSA Field Crops Study Tour. This 6-day program is designed for APSA members to gain firsthand insights into cutting-edge research, seed technologies, and crop innovations.

    Explore world-renowned research centers focusing on semi-arid crops, maize, and wheat. Tour gene banks, experimental fields, and labs

Tour fee: USD 1200 includes:

For those planning to attend the 2025 Asian Seed Congress (ASC) in Mumbai following the study tour, please use your business/conference visa for entry into India. If you are not attending the ASC, kindly apply for a business visa accordingly.

Cancellation & Reimbursement Policy

  • If the 2025 Field Crops Study Tour in Hyderabad is cancelled due to force majeure, all payments already received will be fully reimbursed, minus administration fee of 100 USD.
  • If you wish to cancel your 2025 Field Crops Study Tour in Hyderabad registration and inform APSA by 15 October 2025, then 100% reimbursement will be made, minus administration fee of 100 USD.
  • Any cancellation made after 15 October 2025; no reimbursement will be made.
  • All registration that is unpaid after 15 October 2025 will automatically be cancelled.
