Plant Variety Protection (PVP) Workshop - Session 1 23 May 2022 / 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm (GMT+7)

Department of Agriculture (DoA), Thailand, Thai Seed Trade Association (THASTA) and Asia and Pacific Seed Association (APSA) cordially invite all APSA Members, stakeholders from Thai seed industry, plant breeders, researchers and academics to the first session of Plant Variety Protection (PVP) workshop on 23rd May, 2022. The objective of this workshop is to improve the understanding of PVP and plant breeders’ rights under the UPOV Convention and the status of the PVP Act under the Thai legal system.

The workshop will be organized virtually. The participants are welcome to join online via the zoom webinar platform. The session will be in Thai language with simultaneous interpretation to English.

The next session will be organized on 27th  June, 2022 with the same platform and the agenda will be updated by the end of May, 2022.
