• Credit Card details must be given upon booking to guarantee reservation
• Credit Card will be charged for the entire stay on 15 September 2025 for confirmation of booking
• Bookings will be allowed until 15 September 2025
• Any bookings made after 15 September 2025 must be made directly to the hotel and rooms are subject to availability

Amendment & Cancellation

• Any amendment to booking and/or cancellation must be made before 15 September
• Any cancellation on or after 15 September will be charged 100%
