Full Delegates

Congress delegates are entitled to:

  • Receive a personal registration badge with unique RFID.
  • Receive Congress materials such as the ASC Delegate Bag and Program Book.
  • Entry to all Congress Zones, such as the trading table area, meeting room(s) and exhibition area(s).
  • Attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), congress workshops or any technical session meetings.
  • Attend all social events such as the Inaugural Ceremony, Welcome Cocktail Party and Grand Banquet.
  • Attend and dine at the congress coffee breaks & buffet lunches.
  • Participate in the Sports Activity provided they register and pay the additional fee.

Accompanying Person

Accompanying Persons (Spouse) are entitled to:

  • Attend social events such as the Inaugural Ceremony, Welcome Cocktail Party and Grand Banquet.
  • participate in the sports activity provided they register and pay the additional fee.
  • have a separate registration badge.
  • have a complimentary tour of the host country arranged by NOC including lunch.
  • have other choices of tours, which they may take at their own cost.

Accompanying Persons (Spouse) ARE NOT entitled to:

  • receive Congress materials such as the ASC Delegate Bag and Program Book.
  • enter the trading table area, meeting room(s) and exhibition area(s).
  • attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), congress workshop or any technical session meetings.
  • attend and dine at the congress coffee breaks & buffet lunches.

Day Pass Delegate

Day Pass Delegates are entitled to:

  • Receive a personal registration badge with unique QR code.
  • Entry to all Congress Zones, such as the trading table area, meeting room(s) and exhibition area(s).
  • Attend the congress workshop and technical session meetings.
  • Attend and dine at the congress coffee breaks & buffet lunches.

Day Pass Delegates ARE NOT entitled to:

  • Receive Congress materials such as the ASC Delegate Bag and Program Book.
  • Attend the Welcome Cocktail Party and Grand Banquet.

Trading Tables & Meeting Rooms

Trading Tables

  • 750 USD per table.
  • A total of 210 Tables are available.
  • Limit of 3 trading tables per company allowed.
  • Each Trading Table is minimum of 180 cm x 90 cm, with 4 chairs and an electrical outlet.
  • Only once payment is made and received will trading tables be assigned automatically according to payment received.

Semi-Private Meeting Rooms

  • 1,500 USD per semi-private meeting room.
  • A total of 15 semi-private meeting rooms are available.
  • Limit of 2 semi-private Meeting Room per company allowed.
  • Each semi-private Meeting Room is 3m x 5m, with table and 6 chairs and electrical outlet.
  • Once payment is made and received, APSA Secretariat will contact you regarding your selection of semi-private meeting room location.

Private Meeting Rooms

  • 8,000 USD per private meeting room.
  • A total of 5 private meeting rooms are available
  • Limit of 1 private meeting room per company allowed.
  • Each Private Meeting Room is different in size and dimension.
  • Once payment is made and received, APSA Secretariat will contact you regarding your selection of private meeting room location.

Exhibition Booths

Regular/Corner Exhibition Booth

  • 3,500 USD per regular booth.
  • A total of 32 regular exhibition booths are available.
  • Limit of 2 regular booths per company allowed.
  • Each super exhibition booth is 6m x 6m. For more details, please view ASC 2025(Exhibitor Manual ).
  • Once payment is made and received, APSA Secretariat will contact you regarding your selection of exhibition booth location.

Super Exhibition Booth

  • 12,500 USD per super booth.
  • A total of 6 super exhibition booths are available.
  • Limit of 1 super exhibition booth per company allowed.
  • Each super exhibition booth is 6m x 6m. For more details, please view ASC 2025 (Exhibitor Manual ).
  • Once payment is made and received, APSA Secretariat will contact you regarding your selection of exhibition booth location.

Cancellation & Reimbursement Policy

  • If the 2025 Asian Seed Congress is cancelled due to force majeure, all payments already received will be fully reimbursed, minus bank transfer fee of 100 USD per transaction.
  • If you wish to cancel your ASC 2025 registration and inform APSA by 30 September 2025, then 100% reimbursement will be made, minus bank transfer fee of 100 USD per transaction.
  • If you wish to cancel your ASC 2025 registration and inform APSA by 15 October 2025, then 50% reimbursement will be made, minus bank transfer fee of 100 USD per transaction.
  • Any cancellation made after 15 October 2025; no reimbursement will be made.
  • All registration that is unpaid after 15 October 2025 will automatically be cancelled.
