The 2025 Asian Seed Congress will officially open with an Inaugural Ceremony on the morning of November 17.
The Inaugural Ceremony will feature cultural performances, opening remarks from APSA and NOC presidents (FSII - Federation of Seed Industry of India and National Seed Association of India), a special address from our guest of honor, and the presentation of the APSA Award—recognizing outstanding contributions to the Asia-Pacific seed sector.

ASC 2025 Young Club Night is where the next wave of the seed sector gathers. On November 19 from 7:00 PM onwards (venue to be confirmed), we’ll come together over food, drinks, and welcome gifts with quizzes and prizes woven throughout. This year’s theme turns to AI in seed innovation and how it reshapes roles, expectations, and opportunities for both students and industry alike.
Inspirational reflections from young executives and the APSA President will carry the dialogue forward, but the real value lies in the fresh perspectives.

The 2025 Asian Seed Congress will conclude a memorable and fruitful week with the Grand Banquet on the evening of November 20.
The Grand Banquet is the highlight social event of the Congress—an evening of celebration, fine-dining, live entertainment, and cultural performances. Delegates will gather one final time to enjoy a festive atmosphere, reflect on the achievements and milestones of ASC 2025, and strengthen the bonds that will carry forward into future collaborations across the Asia-Pacific seed industry.
