Visa Application Supporting Letter

Foreign nationals, except those of Nepal and Bhutan, traveling to the ASC 2025 are required to obtain an Indian visa. We urge all delegates to carefully review the visa requirements.

For all individuals requiring a visa, the following documents are needed.

Political clearance letter from the Ministry of External Affairs
Political clearance letter from the Ministry of Home Affairs
Visa invitation letter

To obtain the letter from the Ministries, the delegate must provide the information requested in the form below. These will be shared with the Indian Immigration Authorities including the Ministries of External Affairs and Home Affairs. The information collected is only to assist you in obtaining expedited clearance. WE DO NOT APPLY FOR A VISA ON YOUR BEHALF.

The visa invitation letter will be downloadable from your ASC 2025 platform upon registration payment.
