Teck Wah Koh obtained his LLB degree from the London School of Economics in 1984. He was in private practice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia until he joined Syngenta in 2000 as the APAC Regional Counsel for the Seeds Business. He became the Senior Counsel for both Crop Protection and Seeds Business for Syngenta in 2010. He is currently the Head Legal APAC for Syngenta, based in Singapore. He oversees the APAC Legal Department of Syngenta with 10 legal counsels, based in Singapore and the various countries in APAC. He was elected to APSA's Executive Committee in 2019, served as APSA Treasurer in 2020, and as APSA Vice President from 2022-2024. He is set to take the APSA Presidency from 2024-2026.
