Ms. Chia-Hui (Linda) Chang is the Chief of R&D and Vice General Manager of Known-You Seed. She is highly credited for her expertise in overseeing and coordinating between different research units and programs. Furthermore, her passion for plant breeding has motivated her team members to exceed expectations in developing innovative and more sustainable vegetable products for global farmers and consumers. For more than 20 years, she has been engaged in delivering innovative technology solutions in the agricultural sector and has held various leadership roles across research and seed production while being a council member of the Taiwan Seed Trade Association (TSTA). Moreover, she was selected as a reviewer for many different technology projects by the government.
Currently, she is a member of the APSA Executive Committee, the working group of Integrated Vegetable Seed Companies (WIC) of APSA, and co-chair of the APSA Special Interest Group on Vegetables & Ornamentals. By further participating in APSA's operations, she hopes to contribute more of her abilities to this large family and facilitate cooperation and business development among all APSA members.
