Director of the Plant Quarantine Division, National Agro-Tech Extension and Service Center, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affair He has been engaged in the detection, prevention and control of plant quarantine pests. He has working on the quarantine approval and management of the agricultural seed and seedling introduction from abroad to China. As a member of the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) Standards Committee, he had participated in the formulation of international standards for phytosanitary measures and recommendations for many years.
