Currently Regional Director for South Asia at Enza Zaden, Mr Sanjay Bisht comes up with over 25 years of experience in agriculture Input Industry. An Agri-graduate with MBA in marketing, he has been associated with leading MNCs like Hoechst (handling sales responsibilities for 4.5 years), DuPont (PHI seeds) (Agronomic responsibilities for North & Sales plus agronomic responsibilities for East India for 4.5 years) and Bayer Bioscience (6 years in various roles like sales and Business development responsibilities for North India and AGM for Market development functions). He has been a leader driven by a strong understanding of market and Indian farmer’s needs and passion for sustainable and profitable growth.
Mr Sanjay is recognized as “Best Director of The Year 2021” at 4th Indian Edition of World Leadership Congress & Awards 2021 for scaling up Enza Zaden South Asia on exceptional growth trajectory in pandemic times and recipient of FICCI Sustainable Agricultural Awards 2021 in “Sustainable Farmer Income Enhancement Program” category. He is an active member of many professional affiliations such as Asia & Pacific Seed Association (Co-chairman of WIC & member of international trade and quarantine), NSAI, FICCI and FSII. He believes the organisation works best when the manager considers human value as the most important aspect of consideration.
