Mr Fraser has been a Chair of the South-Eastern Region, Australian Seed Federation for 11 years. A Director of Australian Seed Authority, he is Grains President of the Victorian Farmers Federation, and is the Managing Director of Baker Seed Co, based in Australia for the past 25 years. He is a Nuffield Scholar, in 2012 he spent six months traveling around the world looking at different Seed Coating and Seed Enhancement Technologies.
