Mr John Randall is a principal adviser about phytosanitary aspects of plant, seed and horticulture-product exports for New Zealand’s NPPO. He has extensive experience and expertise in seed export assurance systems, including phytosanitary certification and seed varietal certification for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) seed schemes.
