CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm - Room assignments prior to this time are subject to availability.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. – For any Room not vacated at or before that time, the Patron will be charged a “day use” charge & subject to room availability, unless prior arrangements are made with the Hotel's Management.
RESERVATION METHOD
- Reservations can ONLY be made via the unique hotel booking link, which will only be available to congress delegates that have already made payment of their ASC 2022 delegate registration.
- Registration and web-link will be live from 1 May 2022.
- Individual guests shall make/modify/cancel a hotel reservation through hotel web-link.
- Credit card details are required to guarantee the room reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to arrival date, no penalty charge applied
- Cancellation made 13 days or less prior to arrival include no-show, and/or early departure, then 1 Night penalty charge will be applied to credit card on file.
