Barenbrug New Zealand’s Processing and Distribution Centre at Rolleston is an integral part of the business, where around 80% of their seed passes through. It is a world-class facility which allows for various types of seed treatment, seed mixing, bagging and distribution, with the capacity to store over 3500t of seed. The Barenbrug team look for continuous improvement in quality and service, and part of this improvement is the new seed coating line commissioned by GRAINTECH in January 2023.

Lunch at The Bicycle Thief, built in 1875, a quaint Italian restaurant located in picturesque Tai Tapu set amongst quiet roads and beautiful fields. Dine on traditional Italian products and recipes paired with beautiful fresh New Zealand-grown produce.

  • Pendulum elevators.
  • Dust collection complying with the Environment Protection Act 2017, incorporating the latest amendments from 1/10/2022 and ducting to AS4254.
  • Patented 800s Batch Coater. The only machine globally that can clean the stator and rotor in between batches with a waste diversion system.
  • Fluidized bed dryer, uniformed seed drying with 100% seed movement by air, using 30% less heat source than our competitors.
  • Packing and storage equipment.
